May 3, 2009I chanced upon this movement when I read the newspaper this morning. It featured a wide variety of personalities, from local celebrities to ordinary citizens of the Philippines. My curiosity got the better of me so I tried to check the movement’s website (http://www.akomismo.org).
Immediately, I felt the urge to sign-up. I think it’s about time each Filipino does something for his/her Motherland.
Above is my starting pledge. I hope every Filipino makes one and act on it. It’s high time we do.
